Katy Vaughan

Katy brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the charity sector, having served as the Executive Director of Fundraising and Communications at St Giles Trust since June 2018.
During her time at St Giles Trust, Katy led the organisation through significant growth and change. She developed and implemented a major donor strategy, resulting in an increase of over £1.5 million in high-value donor contributions over three years.
Prior to her role at St Giles Trust, Katy spent over eight years at the Anna Freud Centre, where she held positions as Communications and Project Manager and later as Head of Fundraising.

Davina Metters
Davina joined St George’s Hospital Charity in September 2024 as Director of Fundraising and Communications.
Davina joins us with over 13 years experience in the charity sector working across a variety of Fundraising and Communications roles for a range of causes, from children’s mental health to social mobility.
Most recently, Davina was Head of Voluntary Fundraising at St Giles Trust for the past five years where she was responsible in leading a team to secure £5m in new partnerships each year.

Vivien Gunn

Vivien joined St George's Hospital Charity in March 2019 having worked previously in both the charity and private sectors. In her earlier career, she developed Spanish and German speaking export markets from scratch for a leading IT company, which was awarded the Queen's Award for Export, later going on to build and manage its Customer Services Department of over 20 years.
After a career break bringing up her children, Vivien set up and managed all aspects of a private family grant making foundation, awarding grants internationally. She then worked for The Queen's Trust at Buckingham Palace on formulating its £25 million spend down plan.
Vivien brings many years of grants management and enjoys building operations to a new level. Vivien loves working at St George's because there is never a dull moment!

Pascale Nicholls

Pascale joined the charity in February 2024. Pascale started her career in audit practice, where she was recognised for her exceptional delivery of the Deloitte Community Investment Programme. In 2009 she moved into the charity sector, joining Amnesty International.
She was the recipient of the Sayer Vincent Financial Leadership Award in 2014 for leading the design and implementation of the common reporting framework across the global Amnesty movement. She is proud to have directed Amnesty’s submission which went on to win, the 2017 Third Sector Finance Team of the Year. As the Finance lead for the Anti-Fraud Compliance function at Amnesty, she was a contributor to the award winning 2018 Charity Fraud Awareness Week.
Mid pandemic in June 2020, she joined the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment as the Director of Finance and Governance. Pascale worked with the CFG to establish the Arts Special Interest Group to support finance professionals and leaders with their unique challenges and provide peer support.
She is a passionate advocate of coaching and mentoring and was delighted to be part of CFG’s inaugural Mentor Programme. Pascale is a qualified accountant, a fellow of the ICAEW and a graduate in Mathematics from Oxford University.

Sarah Grainger-Jones

Sarah joined us from Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals Arts Team where she has co-developed and delivered the arts strategy for the new Diagnostic Centre, which has been recently been nominated for a European Healthcare Design Award.
Previously Sarah was Deputy Director of Arts at Koestler Arts, the prison arts charity that encourages people in the criminal justice system to change their lives by participating in the arts.
Sarah is passionate about using arts, culture and creativity to help individual development, create community cohesion, improve environments and support wellbeing.
