Fundraising & Communications
Sarah is responsible for leading Fundraising and Communications at St George’s Hospital Charity, to build our profile and accelerate the growth of our fundraising to achieve long term, sustainable income.
Sarah has been a senior fundraiser for over 12 years following a career in advertising, starting in the sector at Diabetes UK before moving to become the Head of Corporate Fundraising at JDRF UK, the Type 1 Diabetes charity. After this, Sarah moved to London’s Air Ambulance where she led all activity across Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events for 7 years. Sarah will be directing the team in the next phase of its development as we look ahead to the launch and delivery of the Children’s Appeal.
Lisa works with our major donors and loves seeing the incredible difference their gifts make to St George’s patients and staff. Their stories and reasons for supporting amaze her every single day!
Judi seeks funding from Trusts, Foundations and Lottery funders. Judi joined the charity to give back to St George's as it's her local hospital and has treated her and family and friends over the years.
As the Events and Community Fundraising Manager, Molly helps to manage our larger scale events, support our community fundraisers and work with wards/departments on fundraising for their areas. She loves working at St George’s because of the incredible, inspiring people you get to meet every day.
Chloe is a Community Fundraising Officer, specifically looking after our local corporates, schools, faith groups and community groups. She loves working at St George's because you really get to see the amazing community support of the NHS and help contribute to the great care that makes a huge difference in people’s lives.
Sophie is the Fundraising Coordinator, supporting the fundraising team including processing donations, helping all teams within the Fundraising Department, to daily queries that may arise. She loves working at St George’s because you get to see first-hand the impact the Charity has on the community, the hospital, and people’s lives. Witnessing the support and the difference it makes is truly amazing.
Josh is the Digital Communications and Marketing Officer, looking after the social media, producing content, managing the website, as well as managing the relationship between the Charity and the Trust comms. He loves working for St George’s because it’s a great opportunity to make the lives of our NHS heroes easier and help provide a better experience and care for the patients at St George’s.
