As part of the Staff Arts Club offer, Arts St George’s have teamed up with On:song, a provider of wellbeing and mental health services through music, to host a series of bespoke singing for wellbeing sessions, open to all staff & volunteers at St George’s!

‘HUM For St George’s’ are 30 minute online singing for wellbeing sessions, which enhance your physical, mental and emotional health, proven to leave you feeling:

  • Happier

Our highly experienced facilitator Ben will use breath, vocal, and movement techniques to improve your wellbeing and boost your confidence. No previous experience or commitment required, AND you’ll be on mute most of the time!

Sessions begin on the 14th April and will take place fortnightly online on Wednesday evenings.
