Staff Appreciation Awards event for NHS staff draws closer!

It’s just two days before St Georges Hospital Charity will host the first ever Staff Appreciation Awards! On Thursday 15 March at Wandsworth Civic Suite, we will celebrate NHS staff who have gone over and above the call of duty and who have provided exceptional care and treatment to patients with an awards ceremony and dinner. The evening will focus on the excellence of NHS staff in St George’s Hospital, Queen Mary’s Hospital and community services across south west London, nominated for these awards by their colleagues. We are extremely grateful for the support of Pelican London Hotel & Residence and Yellow Brick Group for their sponsorship of the evening and Katherine Awards ceremony.

The Staff appreciation Awards is an important event that recognises the tireless work of NHS staff and what it really takes to keep a hospital running day in day out. From nurses to cleaners, doctors to security, caterers and admin staff – all deserve to be recognised for keeping the wheels of the hospital continuously turning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

St George’s Hospital Charity will lead the acknowledgement of  St George’s staff for their tireless efforts and we have a fantastic night planned, which will include a drinks reception, three course dinner, goodie bags and an amazing raffle including prizes such as:

  • A Box for four people at the Royal Albert Hall
  • Dinner for four in FTI’s private dining room overlooking St Pauls Cathedral
  • Prime Ministers Questions with lunch at the House of Commons
  • Live Jazz and Dinner for two
  • £50 Experience Days voucher
  • Tour of the St George’s Hospital helipad
