Piano recitals raise over £1,200 for the Belgrave Ward

4th May 2018

Robert Bridge held three piano recitals and raised over £1,200 for the Belgrave Ward after being treated there following a heart attack in September.

Robert Bridge said: “It was the staff in Belgrave CCU who nursed me back on my feet after I was admitted with a heart attack in September and once I got home I felt that I wanted to give something back.”

Mari-Louise White, Community and Events Fundraising Manager for St George’s Hospital Charity, said: “It’s really great to see our supporters using their incredible talents to host events like this. I would like to thank Robert for his amazing support and all the people who attended and donated to St George’s Hospital Charity. The money raised will have a real impact on both patients and staff in the Belgrave Ward.”
