Two Exciting New Exhibitions from Arts St George's!
25 November 2025
Last week, the Arts St George's Team installed two new exhibitions at St George's Hospital: 'Look Twice: Words, Art, Imagination' and 'Sticking Together: Collaging Community'. These displays are part of the ‘Our Hospital: conserving, curating and responding to St George’s Art and Heritage Collection’, our heritage project supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
As part of this project, Arts St George's are building links with our local communities, encouraging and enabling creative responses to our heritage through a series of workshops with staff, patients, local schools and community groups.
This exhibition includes the artworks chosen by the Trust's REACH Staff Network Members alongside their poetry responses. Through a series of workshops in Summer and Autumn 2025, members of the Trust’s REACH Network were guided through poetry writing exercises by our Creative Heritage Resident Artist, poet Keith Jarrett.
You can see this exhibition on the Ground Floor Corridor of Lanesborough Wing.

Sticking Together: Collaging Community
In Spring 2025, Arts St George’s collaborated with Bounce Theatre to produce a series of workshops with the ‘Turn Up, Join In’ art group at the Home Community Café in Earlsfield. Each week, the members of the group collaged beautiful pieces inspired by artworks from the St George’s Art and Heritage Collection which came together as a vibrant installation at the Home Community Café.
This exhibition was co-curated by the participants with the Arts St George’s team, selecting pieces from our collection and their own collages, exploring nature, colour, community and the creative process of collage.
You can see this exhibition in Ingredients Restaurant in Lanesborough Wing.
