Our Team

St George’s Hospital Charity is dedicated to developing relationships and we have a team of fundraisers and coordinators who liaise closely with supporters, patients and staff. Here is a profile of our team:


Amerjit Chohan is Chief Executive Officer. Amerjit takes over from Paul Sarfaty, who was in the role of Interim CEO at the Charity for 6 months. Amerjit is a highly accomplished director, having worked for over 25 years in the not-for-profit sector. His most recent successes include setting up NHS Charities Together and leading on the NHS Big 7Tea campaign.


Victoria Reynolds is our Interim Finance Director. Esther Adesanya, Fateha Khatun and Christopher Chikwendu take care of the financial, accounting and operational aspects of the charity, carrying out the vital behind-the-scenes work that keeps the whole operation running smoothly.

Sally Barney is our Head of Fundraising, supporting a team of five to generate donations for the charity.

Molly Simpson leads our Community & Events team which includes Shannon Gleave and Chloe Roberts. Together, they handle local fundraising and community-facing events such as challenge events, annual supporter thank you events and supporting our amazing fundraisers with their own events and activities.

Lisa Condon is our Major Gifts Manager and looks after our individual supporters and corporate partners, as well as organising fundraising events throughout the year.

Eimear Elkington is our Communications, PR & Marketing Manager and handles the charity's brand, internal and external communications, engaging media, and reporting on impact and storytelling across the organisation.
