St George’s Staff Choir takes place on Thursday evenings from 5-6:15pm. Led by Singer/ Songwriter and experienced Choir Leader Georgia Duncan, the group learn new and familiar songs, often requested by the group. We also get a few snacks in!
The Choir have had a busy 2023/24 year, performing as part of the 'Our National Health Stories' project finale in Manchester and at the Festive Lighting Ceremony closer to home at St George's Hospital. You can read about their term Autumn term here. In the Spring and Summer, the Choir worked on writing another original song, 'Song of Hope', which was performed for the finale of St George's Arts Week 2024.

There’s no need to be the next Ed Sheeran to join! All experience levels and abilities are welcome, the aim of the choir is to create a relaxing and fun environment and enjoy singing with your colleagues.
The Staff Choir is open to St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Staff only. It is completely free, and funded by St George’s Hospital Charity.
