ABOUT THE EVENT
Join 2000 walkers and trek 25km across the capital, taking in unrivalled skyline views and historic landmarks.
Setting out from the Putney Bridge start at Bishops Park in Fulham you'll head east towards the City, zigzagging over 16 historic bridges, each with its own fascinating story. At the 12km mark, you'll take a mid-point rest stop near The Oval Cricket Ground for some snacks & drinks.
In the second half of the walk, you'll cross some of London's most iconic bridges including Westminster Bridge and Millenium Bridge, before a party-style finish line celebration in Southwark Park past the final crossing – the majestic Tower Bridge.

Frequently asked questions
- How do the registration and fundraising options work?
The Full Charity Sponsorship option means that you choose to pay a small registration fee and then fundraise for Team George's. Once you meet the required fundraising amount, the charity covers the cost of your place in the event.
There are also Mixed Funding and Own Funding options.
