Arts St George's (St George's Hospital Charity's Arts Team) are delighted to present this exhibition of artworks from the St George’s Art and Heritage Collection co-curated with members of St George’s Hospital Trust’s REACH Staff Network. The display forms part of ‘Our Hospital: conserving, curating and responding to St George’s Art and Heritage Collection’, our heritage project supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Through a series of workshops in Summer and Autumn 2025, members of the Trust’s REACH Network were guided through poetry writing exercises by our Creative Heritage Resident Artist, poet Keith Jarrett. They chose a selection of artworks from the St George’s Art and Heritage Collection to inspire their poetry responses.
This exhibition includes the artworks chosen by the Trust Staff Network Members alongside their poetry responses. Also displayed are poems written by members of the network during poetry workshops in Summer 2025 and a poem written by Keith Jarrett inspired by engagement with the Trust’s REACH Network.
