Arts St George's (St George's Hospital Charity's Arts Team) are delighted to present this exhibition of creative engagement produced with local arts organisation, Bounce Theatre. The exhibition forms part of ‘Our Hospital: conserving, curating and responding to St George’s Art and Heritage Collection’, our heritage project supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
In Spring 2025, Arts St George’s collaborated with Bounce Theatre to produce a series of workshops with the ‘Turn Up, Join In’ art group at the Home Community Café in Earlsfield. Each week, the members of the group collaged beautiful pieces inspired by artworks from the St George’s Art and Heritage Collection which came together as a vibrant installation at the Home Community Café.
This exhibition was co-curated by the participants with the Arts St George’s team, selecting pieces from our collection and their own collages, exploring nature, colour, community and the creative process of collage. The exhibition also includes photographs of the installation as it was displayed in the Home Community Café.
