Our goal is to ensure everyone who visits our hospitals has the best possible experience. Through our arts programme, engagement activities, and enhancing hospital spaces, we're making every visit more positive and welcoming.
Recent Projects
Our x-ray rooms are now sporting a series of LED panels funded by a charity grant. These panels fill the room with softening light, making the process of having an x-ray more relaxing, especially for young children and patients with dementia and learning disabilities. The beautiful images also give something for patients to focus on and distract them during the x-ray. Since the panels were installed, staff have noticed patients feeling much more relaxed, helping to make procedures quicker and easier, and providing a more pleasant experience for 8,500 patients a year.
